PART I, WEBSITE TERM OF USE

1. Purpose

These Terms govern access to and use of the Website by any user (“User”).

The Website is accessible to anyone with internet access. FOURTEEN may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the Website for maintenance, technical updates, or operational reasons. FOURTEEN does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website.

Users may create a personal account on the Website. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. FOURTEEN reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account in case of violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of the Website, or legitimate operational reasons.

Users agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access to systems, interfere with the operation of the Website, use the Website for unlawful purposes, or infringe intellectual property rights.

All content available on the Website is protected by intellectual property laws. Protected elements include the FOURTEEN trademark, logo, distinctive signs, visual identity, text, images, and graphics. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written authorization from FOURTEEN.

Images, photographs, renderings, and visual representations displayed on the Website are provided for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences between images displayed and delivered products may occur. Product colors may vary from shown on the Website due to lighting, screen display, or manufacturing variations. Customers acknowledge that minor differences in appearance or color between the images and the delivered products are normal and do not constitute a defect.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. FOURTEEN has no control over these websites and is not responsible for their content or policies.

The Website is provided on an “as-is” basis. FOURTEEN makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information but does not guarantee that the Website is free from errors or omissions.

PART II — TERMS OF SALE

Contractual relationship

The purchase of products through the Website constitutes a legally binding contract between the customer and FOURTEEN SA. By placing an order on the Website, the customer confirms they are entering into a contract directly with FOURTEEN SA, which acts as the seller. FOURTEEN SA may cooperate with affiliated entities for operational purposes such as logistics, distribution, or customer support. Unless otherwise stated, the contract of sale remains between the customer and FOURTEEN SA.

All orders are subject to acceptance by FOURTEEN. The contract is concluded once the order has been confirmed and payment successfully processed. FOURTEEN may refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud, payment issues, abnormal order quantities, manifest pricing errors, or product unavailability.

FOURTEEN sells sportswear, lifestyle clothing, and different types of accessories. Some products may be customized or made-to-order. Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes and may be updated at any time.

Products are offered subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, FOURTEEN may cancel the order, offer an alternative product, or issue a refund.

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the customer’s country. Switzerland: prices include Swiss VAT. International orders: prices may exclude VAT. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local taxes. FOURTEEN may cancel orders in case of manifest pricing errors.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order. Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, TWINT, PayPal, and other methods available on the Website. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers.

FOURTEEN reserves the right to suspend or cancel transactions suspected of fraud. In case of abusive chargebacks or payment disputes, FOURTEEN may suspend the customer account or refuse future orders.

Orders may be shipped to Switzerland, the EU, and international selected destinations. Delivery partners may include FedEx, UPS, DHL, Swiss Post. The estimated delivery time is : 5–8 business days, subject to logistical conditions.

Shipping and logistic fees are displayed during checkout. Depending on delivery country, delivery partner, shipping and logistic fees may be the result of a calculation including : distance, weight, size of parcel or a flat rate.

Products remain the property of FOURTEEN until full payment is received. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned, except for manufacturing defects.

The customer can withdraw from an order during 14 days after reception of the ordered goods. The withdrawal decision must be communicated via email to info@14fourteen.com. Once the withdrawal decision is communicated, the customer has 14 days to return the product to FOURTEEN SA.

Promotions are limited in time, quantity, or usage. FOURTEEN may modify or cancel promotions at any time.

FOURTEEN offers products on pre-order under different schemes:

For Clubs, Federations, coporate Entity : Pre-orders are subject either to a limited time window or to the achievement of a minimum order quantity. Products will be shipped once the time window closes or the required quantity is reached. Some products may be offered on pre-order with a specified production date. Products will be shipped once the production is completed and ready for delivery.Customers placing a pre-order acknowledge that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules and logistics.

Products benefit from warranties under applicable law. Swiss customers : governed by Swiss law of obligations. Where the warranty applies, FOURTEEN will prioritizes replacement; if unavailable, a refund may be issued in accordance to the return and refund policy

FOURTEEN shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, misuse of products, or allergic/dermatological reactions. Products must be used according to their intended purpose.

FOURTEEN shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Such events include, without limitation:

• Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms, fires)
• Epidemics, pandemics, or health emergencies
• War, armed conflict, terrorism, riots, or civil unrest
• Strikes, labor disputes, or work stoppages
• Governmental actions, regulations, or restrictions, including import/export bans
• Transport or logistics disruptions, including delays or failures by shipping partners
• Power outages, IT system failures, or cyberattacks

This list is not exhaustive, and any event beyond FOURTEEN’s reasonable control may be considered a force majeure event.

FOURTEEN may modify these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of order/use applies.

Orders shipped to Switzerland: Swiss law applies; courts of Geneva have jurisdiction. EU and internation customers: mandatory consumer protection laws may apply.

English version prevails in case of discrepancies with the versions written in other languages.
